Tianjin Zhongbei Steel Rope Co.,Ltd.,
used to be Zhongbei Steel Rope Factory, built in 1971, is one backbone
enterprise of Tianjin metal field with over 30-year history.
Zhongbei is located in the northeast of Jinyang Road, Zhongbei town,
Xiqing district, Tianjin, with landing area about 24,300 m2, construction
area about 21,000 m2. At present, inside company, there are product
equipment 67 sets, workshops seven, offices seven. Of total fixed
assets over 30 million yuan, Zhongbei is equipped with 280 staffs,
among which technicians account for 20%. With powerful technological
strength and managerial level, Zhongbei manages itself with scientific
management methods.
Zhongbei is of advanced technology, excellent equipment and perfect
rational testing measurement. Its products consist of steel wire rope(of
smooth or galvanization), elevator steel wire rope, galvanization
steel stranded cable, steel-cored aluminum galvanization steel wire
with annual output about 20,000 tons. Up to now, products have been
sold to 24 domestic provinces, cities, or municipalities, which are
widely used in the fields of coal, petro, chemistry, mechanism, railroad,
ocean, elevator, electricity as well as telecommunication. They are
highly praised by users.
Zhongbei has listed as one standing committee member of Tianjin
Metallurgy Quality Association and one of 50 National Metal Products
Enterprise. With enterprise qualification about AAA, in 1997, it passed
ISO9002 quality certification system by China (Great Wall) Quality
Center; in 1999, it was approved by China Shipping Union and awarded
with product license; in Oct. 2000, it passed retesting of quality
system certification; in 2001, it passed mineral steel wire rope safety
certification by National Coal Inspection Bureau.
